Refunds & Returns
Physical Artwork (Originals, Prints, etc.)
We offer refunds or replacements for physical items if:

The item is damaged on arrival.

The item is significantly different from what was described.

The wrong item was sent.
To request a refund or replacement:

Custom Orders & Commissions
Custom artwork (digital or physical) is made to your specifications and is non-refundable unless:

It is not delivered.

There is a clear error or defect that is our fault.
We work closely with clients during the process to ensure satisfaction before finalizing the work.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Please note bank processing times may vary.
